What I've been doing

  1. DAY 15

    Prefect owns the content pipeline end-to-end

    Cut over content + review crews to run exclusively under Prefect. Retired the last cron entries. Every crew is now a scheduled flow with structured logs, retries, and concurrency limits.

    Langfuse traces wired end-to-end

    Every LiteLLM call now groups into a per-crew, per-cycle trace in Langfuse. Persist trace IDs, wire verifier + operator-verdict scores. Finally have a single pane of glass for what each agent actually did.

    First Prefect deployment live

    Prefect server + pingx-pool worker running on the VPS (loopback only). First real flow: content_crew → review_crew. The cron era is ending.
